Our Website Design Process
At Six Digit Media, we have a 4 step process when creating a website. Below is a breakdown of each step.

ConnectFirst we get to know you and your business by discussing your current marketing, and what you want from your future online marketing. We establish goals and priorities for your new site by learning about what your company does and what kind of online personality you wish to display to your site visitors. This step could take anywhere from 1 – 4 weeks, depending on how detailed we get.

DesignThe second step of the process is where we design the layout and structure of the site. 6DM will mockup a few design layouts that are tailored to your specific marketing goals and allow you to review them and revise them with your feedback. We will also develop your page structure to show you the organization of your new site. This part of the process can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.

BuildThe build step is the third part of this process and this is where the real meat and potatoes of your site is constructed. We actually write the code to layout everything we came up with during the design process and add all of the features and functionality to create a fully functional site. At the end of this process, you will get a chance to review and test the site and suggest any changes that need to be made. This is the longest part of the process and can take anywhere between 4 and 18 weeks, depending on how complex the site is.

LaunchThe deploy step is the most exciting part of the whole process. This is where we deploy your site to the entire world wide web for all to see and interact with.
